Pleasant Prairie Professional Firefighters Local 3785 Charities, announces the 2019 Cooper Memorial Scholarship.
David Cooper proudly served the Village of Pleasant Prairie Fire and Rescue Department for 37 years. In 2013 David
unexpectedly passed away after a short fight with an aggressive form of cancer. He was six months from retirement.
